My name is Immaculate Mbabazi from Uganda. Under The Africa Center of Excellence II in Phytochemicals, Textile and Renewable Energy (ACE II PTRE) scholarship, I have since graduated with a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry degree of Moi University (Kenya). This fellowship, which was only tenable outside my home country, introduced me to fruitful collaboration with people from all over the world. I have published four (4) research articles so far and hope that my research output will have a positive impact on indigenous African communities that are currently utilising medicinal plants for management of various medical conditions.
